The word “coleslaw” comes from the Dutch word,
“koolsla”, “kool” meaning cabbage and sla, salad. The word entered English
language from the Dutch in New York in the late 1700s. Since then it has been a
featured side dish at almost every picnic or meals in restaurants.

pepper.(optional , I don't prefer it for example )
Method

the patience for until you have approximately 4 cups. Peel the carrots and then

put them, along with the cabbage. Put the chopped onion and mix well.
·
Mix well
the lemon juice with Mayonnaise, yogurt, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper for
taste.
· Pour
coleslaw dressing over shredded cabbage and carrot in a large bowl, cover
