This
simple pasta dish of Italian kitchen. It is simple and fast to make
Ingredients:
1/4 cup olive oil.
1 pound dried spaghetti.
1-1/2 cups freshly grated Pecorino Romano cheese.

Method
Cook spaghetti in well-salted water
to your al dente tastes in a large, wide-bottomed pot. Drain spaghetti; do
not drain the pasta water, reserving 1 1/2 cups of pasta cooking water.
Meanwhile, heat a large skillet with
the olive oil. Add the cracked pepper and gently saute for a couple of
minutes.
Remove the boiled pasta and place
right into the skillet Swirl to coat with the olive oil and pepper. Add the
cheese and continue swirling the pasta to coat with the cheese. Add a
tablespoon or two of the hot pasta water and continue to coat the pasta
Serve immediately, sprinkling with
reserved cheese and an extra grind or two of black pepper.
